All of our team would welcome your feedback. Our practice strive on trying to do our very best to provide you with high quality healthcare. If you have any positive feedback for us; it would be lovely to hear from you.

However if you are unhappy with our practice we would also like to hear from you.  We are happy for you to raise your concern with any member of our team but if you feel that this has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may if you wish raise a formal complaint.  Please click here to download our complaints leaflet.

Important information about the coronavirus (COVID-19)


Stay at home for 10 days if you have either: - a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.
If you are feeling unwell get a test and do not leave home for at least 10 days.
